v2.1.9, 2 Apr 2026: changelog
A hooded player in an animal mask works a safe-dial lockpick in a dark house, then walks through to a kitchen, with a Disturbance Level bar at the bottom of the screen.

The safe-dial lockpick in a dark house, with the noise bar along the bottom.

Each job uses one of 4 interiors and many house combinations, and the config sets the spawn chances for valuables and for the homeowner. On another framework you adapt the framework-specific code, which is editable.

At a glance

  • Get jobs at phone booths

Any phone booth gives a house location, or a config switch lets players lockpick any house door instead.

  • Hack the lasers

Touching a laser maxes out the noise meter and wakes the armed owner, so players hack the security panel first to switch the lasers off.

  • Keep the noise down

A noise meter rises with player actions; past the threshold the owner wakes up armed and police may be alerted.

  • Valuables need the right tool

Paintings need a switchblade, the ruby sits behind glass you cut open, and safes need lockpicking for extra money.

  • Buy gear, sell loot to NPCs

Shops sell the robbery equipment and NPC buyers take the loot through their own menu; you configure both.

  • Rob a house together

Several players can enter and rob the same house, with every action and object synced between them.

What Advanced House Robbery does

Take a job from a phone booth

The phone booth screen shows a short conversation with a contact and an Accept Job button that gives the player a house location. If you would rather skip that step, a config option lets players lockpick any house door on the map.

Avoid lasers and keep the noise down

A noise meter shows how loud the player is and rises with their actions. Cross the threshold and the owner wakes up with a weapon, and police may be alerted. A laser fills the meter at once unless someone hacks the security panel first. A guard dog can be waiting outside.

Carry the heavy loot out

Televisions, microwaves and computers have to be carried out of the house and loaded into a vehicle. Players also find 15+ standard loot items, item images included, and sell the haul to NPC buyers you configure.

Questions before you buy

Does it use shells, and does it work on Liberty City?

No shells: it uses interiors that already exist in the GTA V map, and shell-based interiors won’t work with it. On another map, point Config.Houses at interiors that exist there.

Can I change the loot?

Yes. The loot is set in the config, along with each valuable's spawn chance, and the NPC buyers are configurable too.

Does it work with Qbox and my inventory?

Yes. It runs on Qbox as well as ESX and QBCore, and works with ox_inventory, qb-inventory, qs-inventory or your own inventory.

How billing works

Tebex charges the plan price every month until you cancel and emails you a reminder about three days before each charge. Cancel any time in your Tebex payment portal. Your plan then shows as Ending: it stays active but will not renew. Scripts keep working until the end of the paid period, then stop. Your monthly price stays the same while your subscription stays active (before VAT). Next: log in with Cfx.re, then pay on Tebex.
