We provide descriptions, screenshots, and other relevant information for all assets to help you make an informed decision. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your needs, you must contact us before making a purchase.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed all available information and that the product meets your requirements.
2. No Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Please make sure the product is suitable for your server and your needs before purchasing.
3. License & Usage
All products are licensed for use only on servers linked to your Cfx.re account, unless stated otherwise.
You are allowed to:
- Use the products on your own servers connected to your Cfx.re account.
You are not allowed to:
- Distribute, sell, or share any product or its files.
- Sell, give away, or offer license keys to others.
- Share scripts or any part of the product with third parties.
- Re-upload, repackage, or resell the product in any form.
Any unauthorized distribution or misuse of our products will result in immediate termination of your license and access.
4. Account & Asset Responsibility
After purchase, the product becomes your responsibility. We are not responsible for:
- Purchasing on the wrong account.
- Being scammed by third parties.
- Sending scripts to others and requesting them back.
- Losing access to your account.
- Purchasing assets you no longer want.
If you purchase an asset on the wrong account, you may transfer it once using the Cfx.re Portal.
Each asset can only be transferred one time. We do not perform manual or additional transfers.
5. Updates
We may release updates to fix bugs, improve stability, or enhance compatibility.
We do not guarantee new features or feature changes based on customer requests.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the product meets your expectations before purchasing.
6. Support
Support is provided through Discord and is limited strictly to issues directly related to our products.
We do not provide support for:
- General programming assistance.
- Third-party scripts.
- Server configuration issues not directly caused by our products.
7. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that our products will meet all your requirements or that they will be completely error-free.
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with issues directly related to our products.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our store, products, and services without prior notice if these Terms of Service are violated.
