These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you," "the customer," or "the buyer") and TK Scripts ("we," "us," or "our"), a store operated by an individual creator. They govern your access to and use of our store, products, files, and related services (together, the "Services").

By browsing our store, placing an order, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use our Services or purchase our products.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, to make a purchase. If you are below that age, you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.

2. Products and Descriptions

Our products are digital assets and scripts intended for use on FiveM servers connected to the Cfx.re platform. We provide descriptions, screenshots, and other relevant information for each product to help you make an informed decision before buying.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you purchase is correct and suitable for your server. If you are unsure whether a product meets your needs, you must contact us before completing your purchase. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed all available information and that the product meets your requirements.

We may change, update, or discontinue product descriptions, features, or availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Payments and Payment Data

Prices are shown in your local currency where supported, with EUR as the default, and are payable in full at the time of purchase. You agree to pay the listed price together with any applicable taxes or fees shown at checkout.

Payments are processed through Tebex, which acts as our reseller and payment processor. Tebex and its payment partners handle the transaction and your payment details, and we do not collect or store your card or full payment information. Through Tebex we receive only the limited customer information needed to deliver your purchase and provide support, which may include your name, email address, IP address, and in-game or Cfx.re username. Your purchase is also subject to Tebex's own checkout terms and privacy policy, which apply in addition to these Terms.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or made in breach of these Terms.

4. License

When you purchase a product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that product only on servers linked to your own Cfx.re account, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Our products are licensed, not sold, and we retain ownership of them at all times.

You are permitted to:

  • Use the product on your own servers connected to your Cfx.re account.
  • Modify the product for your own use on those servers, where the product allows it.

You are not permitted to:

  • Distribute, sell, sublicense, share, or otherwise make available any product or its files to third parties.
  • Sell, give away, trade, or transfer license keys to anyone else.
  • Share scripts, source code, or any part of a product with third parties.
  • Re-upload, repackage, rebrand, leak, or resell a product in any form.
  • Use a product for any unlawful purpose or in any way that breaches these Terms.

Any unauthorized distribution, resale, or misuse of our products is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of your license and access, without refund, and may lead to further action.

5. Intellectual Property

All products, files, source code, designs, text, and branding made available through the Services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it under Section 4 only; it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.

6. Refunds and EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

All sales are final. Our products are digital goods that are delivered or made accessible immediately after purchase, and for this reason we do not offer refunds.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you would normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. This right does not apply to digital content that is supplied immediately. By completing your purchase and accessing, downloading, or otherwise beginning to use the product, you give your express prior consent to the immediate supply of the product and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Once delivery has begun, no right of withdrawal applies.

7. Account and Asset Responsibility

Once a purchase is complete, the product and its use become your responsibility. We are not responsible for, and will not provide remedies for, any of the following:

  • Purchasing on the wrong account.
  • Being scammed, deceived, or defrauded by a third party.
  • Sending files or scripts to another person and then being unable to recover them.
  • Losing access to your account or your Cfx.re account.
  • Purchasing an asset you later decide you no longer want.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

8. Transfers

If you purchase an asset on the wrong account, you may transfer it once using the official Cfx.re Portal. Each asset can be transferred a single time only. We do not perform manual, additional, or repeated transfers under any circumstances.

9. Updates and Maintenance

We may release updates from time to time to fix bugs, improve stability, or maintain compatibility. We do not guarantee new features, feature changes, or updates based on customer requests, and we are not obligated to provide updates for any product. You are responsible for confirming that a product meets your expectations at the time of purchase.

10. Support

Support is provided through Discord and is limited strictly to issues directly related to our products. We do not provide support for:

  • General programming or development assistance.
  • Third-party scripts, assets, or frameworks.
  • Server setup or configuration issues not directly caused by our products.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with genuine issues caused by our products, but we do not guarantee a specific response time or resolution.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Our products are intended for use with Cfx.re, FiveM, Tebex, and related platforms operated by third parties. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, which you are responsible for following. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Cfx.re, FiveM, or Tebex, and we are not liable for any action taken by those platforms, including suspension or removal of your account or content.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our products will meet all of your requirements, that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, data, goodwill, or server uptime, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our products or Services.

In all cases, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or a product will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a product, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our store, products, and Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. On termination, your license to use our products ends immediately and you must stop using and delete all copies of the affected products. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 5, 12, 13, and 14) will continue to apply.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our Services or products after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products will be subject to the courts of Finland. If you are a consumer, you may still rely on the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any product-specific terms and our other posted policies, make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services, and replace any prior agreements or understandings on the same subject.
