Beat the alarm before it calls police
Once players are inside, they have 45 seconds by default to reach the alarm panel and win its minigame. When time runs out, the alert goes to police. You can also make the alarm need an item to disable.
Players rob any of 78 garages on your FiveM ESX server: pick the door lock, disable the alarm and search for loot.

Each garage has its own cooldown, and you can add a cooldown per player on top.
A lockpick is needed, and the robbery starts with a lockpicking minigame at the door.
Inside, players disable the alarm with a minigame; if they skip it, police get an alert.
Players search spots around the garage, and the ones with a minigame give better loot.
Other players can enter the same garage, and the loot is synced between them.
Change the loot, the notifications and the chance of a police alert in the config.

Each of the 4 interiors has 6 to 12 search spots, and a normal search takes 10 seconds. One or two spots per interior are lockpick spots with a circle minigame. The lockpick-spot loot table leaves out cables, screws and other junk, and has the only knife and pistol drops.
Once the door is open, other players walk in after the robber, and anyone on a police job enters any garage without a lockpick. Each lockpick attempt can alert police: by default 10% when it starts, 20% if it fails and 10% if it opens the door. By default the lockpick is used up whether the attempt fails or succeeds.
