v1.3.0, 14 Sep 2026: changelog
A skeletal health view with body parts highlighted in red and an injury list beside a character in a white coat, then a fire on the pavement, then the skeletal view again with the head also in red.
  • Shows health, injuries and bullets for every body part

The job runs on ESX, QBCore and Qbox with ox_inventory, qb-inventory or qs-inventory. Bullet effects such as camera shake from head shots and aim shake from arm wounds can be configured or turned off. A body bag ends revival, so the only way back is a hospital respawn.

At a glance

  • Replaces your old ambulance job

A complete EMS job with a skeletal injury view, treatment items, revival, hospitals and an F6 job menu.

  • Injuries body part by body part

See health, injuries and bullets for every body part, in a menu or a camera layout.

  • Eleven debuffs with set chances

Injuries apply debuffs such as slower movement, aim shake or bleeding, each with its own chance and health threshold.

  • Thirteen treatment items

Items including bandages, tourniquets, braces, burn gel and a surgical kit treat injuries by type and severity, on yourself or others.

  • Last stand, crawl and revive

Downed players crawl and bleed out on your timer; CPR, a defibrillator or adrenaline revives them, each with a success chance.

  • Hospitals with an NPC medic

Beds heal after a set time, and a medic NPC revives players while few EMS are online.

What Advanced Ambulance Job does

Find the injury before you treat it

The skeletal view shows every body part's health, its injuries and any bullets, in a menu or camera layout. Each injury applies debuffs such as slower movement, no sprinting, blurred vision or bleeding, with chances and health thresholds you configure. Medics check heart rate with a button press, or carry an ECG to read it continuously.

Treat by injury type and severity

Thirteen default items, from bandages and tourniquets to braces, burn gel and a surgical kit, remove injuries according to their type and severity. Medics can treat themselves or other players. With the Realistic Evidence System installed, removing a bullet gives a fragment that police can analyse later.

From last stand to the hospital

A downed player enters last stand, can crawl and bleeds out on a timer you set; hurt again, they enter full death. EMS can revive them with CPR, a defibrillator or adrenaline, each with its own required jobs and success chance. Otherwise they respawn at the hospital after a timer.

Run the hospitals

Stretchers carry patients, wheelchairs are placed and picked up with an item, and the medical bag EMS place has its own stash. Each hospital can have a shop, personal, public and locker storage, a wardrobe, the boss menu, a duty toggle, elevators, a garage and a mechanic. Add as many hospitals as you need.

Questions before you buy

Does it work with Qbox or my own framework?

Yes: ESX, QBCore and Qbox, with oxmysql or mysql-async. The framework code is editable.

What else do I need to install?

The stretcher and wheelchair models linked in the README. In the stretcher’s stream folder keep only prop_ld_binbag_01.ydr, and start the model resources in server.cfg.

Which hospital map does it use?

The default coordinates are set for Gabz Pillbox Hospital. You can move every location in the config to any MLO.

Does the txAdmin heal also revive players?

Yes. Update 1.0.2 added compatibility with the txAdmin heal event, so it revives players too.

How billing works

Tebex charges the plan price every month until you cancel and emails you a reminder about three days before each charge. Cancel any time in your Tebex payment portal. Your plan then shows as Ending: it stays active but will not renew. Scripts keep working until the end of the paid period, then stop. Your monthly price stays the same while your subscription stays active (before VAT). Next: log in with Cfx.re, then pay on Tebex.
